Welcome to Burdick Creek Gardens
We are Rich and Wendy Seymour. We produce Certified Naturally Grown garlic on our farm in the northeast corner of Pennsylvania, about a half hour south of Binghamton, New York.  Certified Naturally Grown means that we don't use any synthetic pesticides, fertilizers or herbicides on our land. We believe in sustainable agriculture. Our climate is perfectly suited for growing hardneck garlic. This is a good thing as we consider hardnecks to be superior to softnecks. Hardneck garlic has a more pungent flavor and stores better. We attend a number of festivals each year, so you can see our products there, or you can order by mail or from this site.  In addition to garlic, we sell fresh produce at the Wilkes-Barre farmers market and we manufacture several products - Bobcat Hot Sauce, Bread Dippers and Porcelain Garlic Dust.
